how is your Wednesday? I am working from home today, so lunch was pretty simple and more like a breakfast, but this is what I was craving: WARM MILLET BREAD IN BANANA COCONUT RASPBERRY FOAM WITH PB! In my magic bullet went a banana and 50ml Coconut milk:

and now everything goes into the pot, on low fire, for 5 min, top with a spoon of Peanut Butter and 1 tbsp of organic Raspberry preserves, mix:
Now serve! Top with kiwi or whatever fruits you love:
During the afternoon I have also snaked on 2 of these babies:
Coconut, almond dates. They are so addictive and delicious, and only 3 ingredients!
I am going to work three more hours, run some errands, hit the GYM and I will see you after Dinner!
